“We stayed at the lodge in one of the jacuzzi tub rooms. For an older Lodge we were pleasantly surprised at the condition of the place. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The jacuzzi was very clean. The bed was comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and the price was very affordable. We definitely got more than what we paid for. The lady in the office went out of her way to see that we two ladies traveling by ourselves had a nice comfortable room and helped us get the tickets we needed to the Passion Play. She was very friendly and helped us with directions. This was my second stay here, and I will stay again if I have the opportunity. ”

“We have stayed there numerous times and have always loved it, still do, however this time our room was teaming with cockroaches, especially around and under the bathtub. I wanted to take a nice relaxing bath in the jetted tub, but had nightmares of turning it on and having roaches run out....yikes. Not good. May need to try somewhere else in the future. Such a shame because this has always been our very favorite place.”
