“I guess this could pass as a campsite. If you don’t mind being surrounded by trailers and storage vehicles on the side of a busy rural highway. If you are looking for an up north Mi camping experience you are hereby forwarned this is not the most scenic campsite! Not mad, just disappointed.But everyone’s gotta make a buck I guess. We decided to not stay the night and instead made the 6 hour trek home a day early. ”

“We were in room 20, beyond that room is 21 and 22, there was no parking, all the spots in the hotel parking lot were taken. We had to park on a different street behind the hotel. When we checked in there was no “obvious” hotel office and no sign saying “office”. After driving around the parking lot I found a lady that works there and I asked about checking in, she said what’s your name, gave it to her and she said, “ok, you’re checked in”.
