“This property was not as advertised. The house on the first photo is the family home (front of the house Norma available to renters-which is misleading) and the rental unit is actually a room at the back of the house with no way to even lock it from the renters side. It is not a studio apartment, rather a room ( with a mini fridge and coffee maker) and bathroom in a house (a mini fridge and coffee maker). There is also a cat living in the home (for anyone with cat allergies). We did not...

“Lovely apartment for my husband and I. The place was small, but filled with personality and convenient to the beautiful town of Loveland and Fort Collins.”
