“This place is basically a hotel. It is very close to the university. The listing is a little misleading as it is only one room. There is a toilet stall but no privacy for the shower or tub. This is meant for a couple on a romantic getaway, not right for families or friends. There is no parking except on a narrow road which is difficult to navigate. “First impression may be a bit rough, it’s an old small house on a street with construction, but ultimately turned out to be ok, the host Isabel was nice and we had all we needed. A garden patio in the back of the house is actually cute. The only inconvenience we had was no air conditioning, but there were a couple of floor fans.”
