“The hotel is clean, the reception staff are great both checking in and out. Breakfast serves in the morning is amazing comparing to other hotel among the same hotel level. There are restaurants near by in the walking distance. The snack bar selling at the front desk is reasonable price. Overall we enjoyed our stay here. ”
“Even though summer had come early with very hot weather the pool was emty. That was no good guestservice and we were very disappointed. The staff at the reception was behind glass like a bank and the breakfast area was locked. In the morning you had to get a coupong for the breakfast and there was a man collected the coupong by the door. In the area with fontaine there was a few people sounded load and seems to have had been drinking to much. The hole area gav a feeling of unsecurity. ”

“Antonio at the front desk went out of his way to make everybody feel welcome. I had a little issues around the maintenance guy with fantastic job right away.
What's up pretty good little gym which had plenty of free weights for trying to drive. Breakfast was top notch! Highly recommend it”

“If you’ve ever stayed at the location nearer the stadium & had a poor experience, do NOT let that stop you from visiting this one! While even this location’s staff members weren’t as visible as those at other hotels, they were very kind & helpful. The food at this Hotel Lotus was also fresher (with the exception of some chocolate milk which had gone bad before the expiry date, but that may be a delivery truck issue so who knows.
