âBreakfast staff was rude to my friend. Told her very rudely that she needed to have shoes on to be in the Breakfast area. Loved location and all the orher staff!â
âGreat experience for the price! I live in KCK and just wanted a night away from home! The room was nice! Felt like a little apartment and great locationâŠright near all of the shopping and dining I could want at the Legends! â
âAwful. Room stank cigarette smoke and hadn't been cleaned properly. Staff claimed it was not possible and wanted to offer us another room. We chose to leave...â
âThe hotel is clean, the reception staff are great both checking in and out. Breakfast serves in the morning is amazing comparing to other hotel among the same hotel level. There are restaurants near by in the walking distance. The snack bar selling at the front desk is reasonable price. Overall we enjoyed our stay here. â
âEven though summer had come early with very hot weather the pool was emty. That was no good guestservice and we were very disappointed. The staff at the reception was behind glass like a bank and the breakfast area was locked. In the morning you had to get a coupong for the breakfast and there was a man collected the coupong by the door. In the area with fontaine there was a few people sounded load and seems to have had been drinking to much. The hole area gav a feeling of unsecurity. â
