“ALLT var fantastiskt! Personalen, rummet, maten, frukosten… Vi kommer snart tillbaka!”

“Very nice! Simply perfect!”

“We only stayed here one night but the staff were extremely helpful and the property was beautiful”

“I honestly was not the biggest fan of this place. The linen and cushions were dingy and stained. The breakfast felt low quality. Small annoyances like only providing an abrasive 2 in 1 shampoo felt like unnecessary cost cutting. Think there's better value out there. The staff was nice though and location is central Jakarta.”

“Sometimes cold water shower only this is the problem ”

“Room was a smoking Room. Had cigarette burns on the sofa, the furniture all smelled of smoke. The furniture needed washed. I specifically asked for a non smoking room. Even paid for an upgrade. Staff are unresponsive when it comes to e-mail or phone calls. Cleaning and breakfast staff were very attentive. ”

“線路に近い部屋だったこともあり、電車が通る音が気になりました。”

“平均的です。”

“Big room with a nice balcony. Good central Jakarta location—easy to get to all of the sights worth seeing, and just a quick motorbike ride to Grand Indonesia. One of the good old style hotels still left in Jakarta. I liked it.”

“Shops and transport very close a little confusing how to get through the barriers to try and get the bus there is a screen to purchase a card bit there wasn't any English text so really struggled so ended up getting GRAB car\bikes to get me around .hotel is a little dated but the staff on reception were excellent ”

“The property is strategies to hospital, however; there is an incident when we renewal our stay at the hotel 3 times they made mistake like we paid for 3nights the invoice only show 2nights and the next week paid for 4nights the written invoice only 3nights. And just this week they charge the credit card with exact amount. However, the credit card is charged again$700+ without the receipt fortunately the bank notified. i’m not sure this is a mistake or onpurpose, Be aware.!”

“生ごみの汚臭が少しししましたが、それ以外は快適でした。”
