“Nice experience booking a last minute stay that’s close to CLE airport. I arrived rather late anr night and was welcomed warmly by front desk staff and told to let them know if I needed anything. A very basic breakfast is available at any time for travelers, not just a few morning hours. The hotel was clean and bright. As a female traveling solo, it felt safe and secure. “Nice Place, good price. Breakfast was not great. Also did not know that the second floor had no elevator although the night clerk did ask if we needed help. I would stay here again when on the road.”

“Breakfast was not kept up with food usage - no waffle batter, eggs had enough for a person. It was just eh. The bathroom has no fan, feels stuffy and humid in the room (even with AC running, shelves with towels had giant screw holes exposed with towels sitting on top. Didn’t feel clean or well-maintained. It had the last few uses of toilet paper available on the role, the backup toilet paper roll was more than half gone. I wouldn’t go back.”

“The KINDEST young man that works at the front desk checked me in, and I wish I could remember his name!! Genuine kindness from the staff and a quiet, clean hotel! (what more could you ask for?) Only stayed for one night, but honestly wish it had been longer! Would definitely come back if I ever have the chance! I also went to Tlaquepaque (Mexican Cuisine) across the street and had a fantastic dinner for a great price!!”
