Villa Pura Vida - Private Pool, Sea View

Villa Pura Vida is situated on a wonderful location in Pomer, with sea view from every room.

Guests have full privacy and a swimming pool just to themselves.

Villa Pura Vida has 3 bedrooms and it's suitable for 6 persons. Villa has a fully equipped kitchen, living room and all of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, a TV and an air conditioning unit.

Outside the Villa, guests can enjoy the summer sunbathing near the pool, and children can enjoy themselves on the trampoline.



The pool can be heated for additional 150 EUR per week. Please, give us a further notice if you would like the pool to be heated.

Upon arrival, a damage deposit of 300 EUR is paid in cash, but the hosts will return it on the check out, provided that everything is in order.



Area description and nearby activities:



Pomer is located at Medulin riviera. It used to be a fisherman's place, but today is most known for its marina and nautical tourism.

Close to the marina, there is a pine forest with football and volleyball fields.

During the summer, local people organize a few traditional parties. Pomer is a quiet place, but it has everything you need: markets, restaurants, bars, bakeries and a pharmacy.



The Villa is situated at a wonderful location, with everything you may need being within 10 minutes walk. Pomer beach is only 400 m away.

Supermarkets Lidl and Plodine are in 800m range, and nearest restaurant is 1,5 km away.
