3-room apartment with garden in Megève

Welcome to Les Sapins Blancs, in a south-facing apartment of 42m2 completely restored, surrounded by a terrace and a private garden on the edge of the forest, views of the mountain pastures and the village.
It consists of a cosy living room with a stove, a comfortable bedroom with teleworking area, a bedroom with twin beds that can be joined as a double bed, a beautiful bathroom and an equipped kitchen, a private covered parking lot and a closed ski closet.

You will be independent in your accommodation, accessible directly from the outside. You will enjoy the views of the farms and mountain pastures from the vast terrace or from the garden, and of the village and its superb bell tower illuminated in the evening.

Shopping, restaurants, party venues, the centre of the village of Megève is a 20-minute walk or 4 minutes by car. The magnificent "Palais de Megève", the largest sports complex in the Alps with a large aquatic area, an ice rink and climbing and other sports halls awaits you.

For skiing, there are two areas less than 5 minutes away by car: the Jaillet-Portes du Mont-Blanc or the Princess-Mont d'Arbois.
For hiking or snowshoeing in the Aravis, the departure point is at the foot of the chalet, on the other side of the street.

Finally, for your food shopping, a Carrefour market is a 10-minute walk away and the Auchan Supermarket - with its gas station and Tesla charging stations - is 3 minutes away by car.

The accommodations are located on the first floor of a 7-apartment chalet and comprises:
- a living room with table for 6 people, wood stove, sofa, ottoman, armchairs and coffee tables
- a master bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a large wardrobe and a corner equipped for teleworking (multi-charger base, screen, keyboard, mouse)
- a bedroom with two 80 cm beds, which can be joined at your convenience to form a real bed for 2 people of 160 cm by the addition of a comfortable mattress topper
- a shower room with 170 cm walk-in shower, sink, towel dryer, toilet, 6 kg washing machine and plenty of storage space and coat racks
- a fully equipped kitchen with oven, induction hob, fridge, dishwasher and the necessary appliances for Savoyard recipes
- a large terrace equipped with deckchairs, a forest table for 8 people and a parasol
- a beautiful garden of 250m2 on the edge of the forest and surrounding the three sides of the apartment
- a private ski locker in a secure room
- a private covered parking space

Optional:
- Sheets, towels, bath mats, dish towels and beds made on arrival = 20€ per person per stay
- Firewood for the stove = 5€ per day of use, to be paid at the end of the stay
