Sommar i Megeve
Underbar stad och ett trevligt hotell med bra rum, trevlig personal, bra frukost. Ett perfekt läge med nära till allt.

On a réservé une chambre pour 3 personnes et Ils nous donnent une chambre minuscule avec deux lits pour enfants. Résultat des courses on a été obligé de prendre une deuxième chambre avec une vue sur un mur. Cela nous a obligés à prendre en charge beaucoup de frais supplémentaires. Une manager désagréable et qui a réponse à tout nous explique qu'elle n'a jamais reçu notre réservation pour 3 personnes et se moque ouvertement de nous en nous disant que c'est "comme cela à Megève". La qualité des services et des infrastructures sont dignes d'un hôtel 4 étoiles plutôt qu'un 5 étoiles. Personnel mal élevé et toujours enclin à vouloir faire le minimum. Je vous conseille d'éviter ce piège à touristes à tout prix.

Cher Monsieur, Nous vous remercions pour votre retour concernant votre expérience parmi nous et nous regrettons bien évidemment son contenu.Effectivement, sur le site Expedia, vous aviez procédé à la réservation d’une chambre Double, chambre qui par logique et comme son nom l’indique, permet d’accueillir deux personnes puisque celle-ci est équipée d’un seul lit Double.En arrivant à trois personnes et s’agissant d’un week-end extrêmement demandé, nous n’avions plus aucune chambre disponible à l’exception de celle proposée que nous conservons disponible par sécurité. Nous vous l’avons faite visiter, nous vous avons proposé un tarif préférentiel et vous l’avez acceptée.Sachez que la priorité de nos équipes sera toujours de vous trouver une solution que vous serez libre d’accepter ou non.Je comprends également que cela puisse laisser une certaine amertume de devoir payer pour une seconde chambre mais je vous invite à vérifier les capacités d’accueil sur vos prochaines réservations.Il n’y a absolument aucun « piège à touristes », les tarifs et occupation étant clairement indiqués sur Expedia, Booking ou autre….Cependant, nous prenons en compte votre commentaire avec objectivité concernant la qualité de service et les infrastructures que nos clients apprécient.Nous restons à votre disposition pour toute information complémentaire.Bien à vous, Jérôme Garcia

We called the property before arriving in regards to skiing conditions in megeve. We were told that conditions are good and we can come over. We travelled all the way to find out that it was not possible to ski. We left a day early and we were refused to be reimbursed. The staff had a huge fight when we were there and it was overall a terrible experience. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE!!!!!

One of the best hotels we have come across. Exceptional service and staff is super friendly. Location is awesome everything is in walking distance. Better than Hilton or intercontinental stay we had. When we come back will definitely stay at this property again

Quelques défaillance pour un 5 étoiles
L'hôtel est bien situe dans Megève. Le service est exceptionnel, notamment au spa. Le choix au petit déjeuner est assez varié, la terrasse extérieure agréable. Pour le reste, en été, la déco des chambres est un peu désuète et surtout il n'y a pas de climatisation. On vous conseille d'ouvrir vos fenêtres la nuit. Cela ne tient compte ni de la canicule qui a frappé la région, ni du bruit extérieur (ma suite était placée au dessus d'une boulangerie avec une ventilation de en marche toute la nuit). J'ai été surclassé le lendemain.

we had a great stay at M Megeve, the location is perfect, the staff are very friendly and very accommodating, rooms are very nice, cozy and clean. We will definitely stay again when we visit Megeve again

Hotels.com states this hotel has air conditioning and even in room A/C. We stayed in a suite two nights ago with unlikely very hot weather and there was no AC in hotel or in our suite. Very uncomfortable to sleep. My husband got many mosquito bites from having to leave windows open to get room cooler to sleep. Phones in room did not work to call reception. Will not recommend or stay in this hotel again. Very disappointed for the $317 price we redeemed for small, no A/C hotel that was advertised as having AC for hottest days in France.

C'est Magnifique!
I have had the pleasure (and discomfort) of staying in many Alpine hotels over the years, but now have a new firm favourite! The "M" is pure class, and let's you know it from the moment you walk through the doors, where you are greeted by smiling and attentive staff; each one is friendly and efficient (something never taken for granted when in France), and they literally could not do enough for us, including allowing us the latest of check-outs I have ever had (4:30pm...no charge and no problem!). We were upgraded to a junior suite and as two male friends on a short skiing break, having separate sleeping areas AND 2 bathrooms, was more than a pleasant surprise, it was a friendship-saver! We used the spa every night, and whilst the pool is small, the jets in the jacuzzi were very welcome against aching legs and back and sides and pretty much everywhere! Breakfast was not included in our package, but for Eu28 per person the selection was real value for money with a chef preparing eggs, omelettes, pancakes and a buffet of great cold meats, cheeses and breads. A glass of champagne too was a very welcome start to the day! For the skiing, the Chamois bubble is a 100 yard stroll around the corner, and I would suggest hiring your equipment at one of the three shops by the lift to save a lot of carrying. All in all, this is a fantastic hotel and I do hope to return.

Sollte ehrliche 4 Sterne haben.
Sehr schönes Hotel im Stadtzentrum. Jedoch sehr kleine Zimmer mit wintzigem Bad. Die Bäder sollten für ein 5 Sterne unbedingt renoviert werden. Wir hatten nur 1 Nachttisch da das Zimmer sonst wahrscheinlich noch kleiner wirkt. Kaffee gratis doch Wasser sollte man in dieser Kategorie auch gratis auf dem Zimmer haben. Schwimmbad und Wellness irgendwie komisch im Hotel integriert. Fitness lieblos gestaltet. Zugang von der Lobby zum Hotellift riecht nach Toilette und ist einem 3 Sterne würdig. Personal sehr freundlich.

Très bon hôtel
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au M Megève. Idéalement situé, excellent service, bar cosy et élégant. Nous étions en junior suite, bon rapport qualité prix, nous avons particulièrement apprécié la salle de bain dans l'entrée ainsi que la salle d'eau attenante à la chambre. Seul petit bémol : les produits de toilette dans les salles de bains n'ont pas été une seule fois remplacés lors de notre séjour de 4 nuits (cotons, cotons-tiges, etc.).

from the day we entered this hotel till 5 days later when we regrettably left my 2 daughters and my wife where amazed by this hotel . small lobby but has everything one might look for , few staff but their niceness and helpfulness was immense , we loved most the spa who had a sauna a hammam , a jacuzi and a quite big pool . we only had breakfast which was rich enough

First night there was trouble electrical system until coming day at 0800 (technician starting to work time) Next days may be 10 times we ask about problem in hot water system but nothing. Problem was to reach to hot water sometimes we have to wait more than half an hour to reach hot water... besides 2 problems (electricity and hot water) hotel and room condition even breakfast were perfect

Accueil et service plutôt de qualité. Rupture de beaucoup de plats ou vins à la carte. Prestations globales dans les chambres pas du tout au niveau d'un cinq étoiles. Salle de bain très classique avec une petite baignoire, pommeau de douche en mauvais état, savon et shampoing en distributeur fixe. absence d'échantillon de produits de toilettes (coton, coton tige, crème...).très déçu pour un cinq étoiles. bon emplacement pour visite et shopping à 1 min a pied du centre du village. très beau spa avec couloir de nage, jacuzzi, hammam et sauna très propres et de qualités.

Une super équipe de l'arrivé dans l'hôtel. On as très bien mange dans le restaurant de l'hôtel et le petit déjeuner un vrai régal. Surprise à la fin, notre voiture à était nettoyé extérieur et intérieur par les voituriers, magnifique! Merci beaucoup à tout l'équipe de L'hôtel!!!!!

très bien situé
nous avons été très contents, le personnel est très attentionné, et la situation est idéale. les repas du soir à 35 euros, sont aussi une très bonne surprise. cela vaut dans d'autres 5 étoiles, 2 X plus chers. Y a qu'à aller boire un café et manger un petit gateau à la ferme de Marie, pour s'en rendre compte, on vous facture là bas, 8 euros, un cafe...... bref, le M, c'est super.

Excellent Stay
Very nice hotel, extremely clean, excellent service, good restaurant, location central to the village, easy access to hiking trails. Parking in the area can be a problem, but the hotel staff immediately attended to the car - taking the keys and handling the parking (there is a fee...18euro/day). We visited in the summer. I would highly recommend this hotel, and Megeve and the surrounding area.
