In the commune of Megève, we offer you this charming 150 m² house with mountain views, which can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It features a lovely living room with a working fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and three bathrooms (with shower and bath). You'll enjoy a garden of around 100,000 m²! Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 60 m² living room with sofa, armchairs, coffee table, fireplace, dining area, TV...
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: king-size bed (180×200), sofa, piano
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200), wardrobe, bench seat
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom 1: with bath and shower
- Bathroom 2: with bathtub, WC
- Bathroom 3: with shower
- Two separate WCs

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A beautiful unenclosed garden of around 10 hectares with an unfenced pond
- A large 200 m² south-facing terrace 30 m from the house, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is nestled in an idyllic setting in Megève, offering a most pleasant environment. It's an old farmhouse nestled in the heart of nature! It invites you to discover a wilderness setting, ideal for rejuvenation and relaxation. At an altitude of over 1500 metres, you'll have the privilege of admiring the snow, a source of joy for young and old alike!

Nearby, you can enjoy all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

Activities:
- Enjoy a discovery flight at the altiport for a unique experience in the air.
- Explore the many hiking trails offering breathtaking views
- Enjoy downhill skiing just 1 minute by car from the Cote 2000 ski slopes and 5 minutes from Mont d'Arbois. Cross-country skiers can put on their skis right from the property.
- Enjoy snowshoeing and tobogganing in the garden, or head for the toboggan run just a 3-minute drive away.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private outdoor parking lot. (6 vehicles)

- Nearest train station: Sallanches, approx. 19 km (29 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Genèves, approx. 93 km (1h22 min by car)
- Shuttle bus stop right in front of the chalet


Other notes:
- The private outdoor parking lot can be reached by crossing a stream (a 4×4 is recommended). 6 vehicles can park after crossing the torrent, 2 vehicles can park before it on the roadside. NB: The torrent is usually dry and only fills with water when the snow melts. A small footbridge is accessible to pedestrians.
- The house is located opposite the altiport, where a few planes and helicopters pass through.
- Horses graze in the garden in summer

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use.
