I injured myself and was using crutches when I visited, and the staff was so kind and accommodating - they made us dinner reservations, brought us breakfast, and allowed me a bit of extra time for checkout since I was moving slowly. “To wait till last minute just to release the address is simply not mindful of the requirements of international travelers. Adresses are required for Japan entry purposes. I don’t see any reason to withhold that till last minute. Check in procedures are not required in advance but the actual address to help with logistics and planning and for Japan visitor entry. ”

“Bra läge ca. 10 min från Shibuya crossing. Hotellet är nytt och har både sovsalar och vanliga hotellrum. Rummen är ganska små men tillräckliga. Bra frukost och bra var . Gratis öl en timme om dagen och en drinkbiljett per dag. Personalen talade god engelska.”
“Very friendly staff who did the outmost to give the best service during our three night stay.
I lost my wallet my very first hour in Tokyo on our way walking down to Shibuya. With help from the staff from the hotel and Google translate we called the police and reported my wallet lost. Within 1 hour and 15 minutes the wallet was back in my hand and everything was still in there. This sunshine story says a lot about both the hotel staff and about the Japanese people and society.

"The hotel is amazing, don’t have anything negative to say. I’ve been traveling a lot and this is one of the nicest ones with comfortable bed, great staff, it’s clean, it was the best one we were at when we stayed in Tokyo, we stayed at 3 different hotels in Tokyo during our stay and if I’d know how great this was even if it’s not as central in Tokyo, it would be well worth taking the train to reach all the places we went to anyway. I recommend this hotel very much and the view from the balcony was amazing!"

"Mycket bra läge nära Shibuya crossing och Shibuya station. Rent och fräsch med skön säng. Liksom de flesta hotellen i Tokyo har detta hotell små rum. Mycket bra frukost med brett utbud. Positivt är också att de hade en lounge del där man kunde dricka kaffe eller läsk gratis på eftermiddagarna. På negativa sidan var att det var en del ljud från gatan. Inte så farlig men man hörde sirener etc."
