“The breakfast needed more fruits and veggies.”

“Bra centralt beläget hotell, med bra frukostbuffe”

“Mycket stort hotell men ändå fungerade allt smidigt.

Trevlig personal”

“The staff is extremely polite and caring. They helped accommodate our need for late check-out despite being fully booked that weekend, as well as storing our luggage before we had to pick it up to leave for the airport. I would definitely recommend choosing an executive floor room as the view from the room was incredible, and it was great having access to the lounge as well as all of the different breakfast restaurants.”

“Excellent customer service. Friendly and helpful staff Location is close to everything Will definitely come back”

“30 years ago, this must have been a nice hotel. If you like everything in different shades of yellow with spots of vintage stains here and there, well this is it.”

“Breakfast could have been better. Not any bar = bad”

“Clean, nice staff and great location. Will probably go again if we are staying in Shinjuku.”

“Mycket dåligt då detta ska vara Sheraton. Gammalt inredning, luktar illa.
