âIt was great! The room was clean and nice. However, be mindful that they have a resort fee that they might want you to pay covering aspects as free water, gym access etc. They were professional when we said that we have not used any of the facilities that it covered and then we did not need to pay it. Good service!!â
âHaving heard only good things about the hotel, we had high expectations - but ended up extremely disappointed.
The location is very noisy - we didnât sleep until after 3AM any night and nothing has been done in the rooms to reduce the outside noise. While a location can be noisy, at least weâd expect a luxury hotel to deal with it at least to some extent.
The check in was arrogant and outright unfriendly. The knowledge about restaurants, concerts and other events close to non-existent, which is...
âWe had a great stay. They cleaned our room every day. They set up our room at night. Room service was fantastic. Staff was super nice. They texted us one day when we accidentally had the do not disturb light on to confirm that we didn't want service. We were happy they did because we did want our room cleaned. You will not regret staying here. It's worth every pennyâ

"Great apartments in Nashville! Modern, spacious and clean. The whole hotel is modern and feels mor European than American, which is great! It is possible to walk to downtown, and the area offers free parking on the streets around the hotel, so no need for their expensive valet parking (also a public parking garage 100m from the hotel for approx. 20usd/24h).
Only problem was the soundproofing, very poor between the rooms, you heard the persons in the rooms next to you easily.
However, the staff in the reception is rude and unfriendly. But if you manage to ignore them you will have a nice stay here. "
