“This was my second stay. For the money Richly is great value. The owners are very friendly and helpful and my room with balcony was clean. The owners went out their way for me with ordering tuk tuks and helping to order food for delivery. Great place. Will definitely stay again!”

“Location was good. The room size was nice. No hot water at all. We didn’t had any breakfast. On the first day no one was there to give us breakfast, on the second day the barista didn’t turn up, so they gave us 5$ to go and get our own breakfast.shower/toilet was smelly(shower head was broken in one of the shower,so we had to use the hose pipe itself),we had to keep on ask for toilet paper, because there wasn’t any. Taps were dirty in the shower room.”

“Hard to find at first since the name of the hotel is not marked on the street level. If you look up 10-15 m. you can if you look carefully see the name of the place. After check-in I noticed the alarming levels of construction noise. Door of room was very weak. Could easily be forced up. I went out for dinner and when I returned to the room around midnight the reception was locked up behind a fence and glass. I rang the bell, I banged the door, I rocked the fence. Nothing.
