“The staff were nice and helpful. However, the hotel is dated and the sofa rollout bed mattress had stains on it and was on need of replacement. They assigned us a room with a handicapped shower that we didn’t require or requested. I would have rather the room be reserved for someone who needed it. This was my first visit to a Best Western hotel and the only way I would stay to another Best Western hotel if it was a last resort. At best my rating for this hotel is a 2 rating.”

“The hotel room layout was excellent! Normally, it’s just one space but this was separated into a sleeping space, full kitchen and living room with doors that closed between rooms. We have been to Myrtle Beach a lot and this was the best hotel we’ve stayed in.”

“The room was not clean when we got there. We stayed 7 days even after calling for fresh towels we never received them and not once did anyone come to change the sheets. The bathroom had no cold water it was so hot it was almost impossible to bath my children, the staff didn’t even send anyone to look at it or offer to change the room. “First of all, I purchased the ocean front and we didn't got it. It was a corner view, also I think it was with the kitchen, but it was nothing there except 2 queen beds. There was any ice machine working there. The girls on front desk.They try to be nice and telling next time a little bit later we will have some.But first 2days, we didn't have it. “We (myself, wife, and 2 children) booked a room at this place for 1 night. About 10pm, the AC stopped working. After calling twice, the desk finally sent someone to look at the AC. The maintenance man showed up with no tools, and simply said he couldn't fix it. I called the front desk and was told there were no more rooms available but he could move me to a suite at another building. “The picture was misleading. It made it look like I’d be on the end with an ocean view, but I was actually on the bottom floor, right beside a constant stream of people walking past day and night, with mosquitoes swarming everywhere. The hotel did nothing about it.Staff was not helpful”
