“I like this location as I’ve stayed here before. Bathrooms were pretty nasty with trash and hair everywhere. Not sure they mopped or cleaned the toilets before we checked in. There was also hair in the fridge? No dish soap or paper towels which was a little disappointing considering it has a full kitchen with dishwasher. Rooms could definitely use some new carpet as they were gross with stains everywhere. Living room chair was cut with big hole. Beds were fairly comfortable. Nice view of...

“Both restaurants had the same menu. One was a bar. The other was a sit down, so not much of an option foʻr food. Good as bar food or by the pool. The pools were fabulous with lots of chairs. Was not too crowded. The beach was so close and clean and the water was warm by ocean standards. We're going again!!”

“The hotel room layout was excellent! Normally, it’s just one space but this was separated into a sleeping space, full kitchen and living room with doors that closed between rooms. We have been to Myrtle Beach a lot and this was the best hotel we’ve stayed in.”

“The hotel isn’t super up to date but don’t let that deter you from having a wonderful vacation there! This is my second time staying at the property and I’ve enjoyed it both times! You don’t need to leave the hotel to have a great time! I will definitely be coming back again!”

“We (myself, wife, and 2 children) booked a room at this place for 1 night. About 10pm, the AC stopped working. After calling twice, the desk finally sent someone to look at the AC. The maintenance man showed up with no tools, and simply said he couldn't fix it. I called the front desk and was told there were no more rooms available but he could move me to a suite at another building. “The alarm system does not work at the property there was a fire and we never saw or heard a fire alarm.”

“Everything was great. Only problem was staff not knowing we needed real keys to get into unit”

“I need they show me which floor we stay, I don’t like first floor because I can’t see the ocean view”

“It was the worst experience I’ve ever had; I paid for a week but only stayed one day before leaving and cancelling the rest of the trip because the power in the entire suite would cut out every time I turned on the microwave. Now I’m waiting for a refund. If you have any other option, run away from the Caravelle Resort Tower.”
