“First of all, the location is great, but the room was impeccably clean and the location was a nice, quiet neighborhood. I've had other experiences with a "spare room" in someone's house, but this was on another level. There is no entry from the main house to your room, so it truly is a separate room. If I'm ever visiting Melbourne again, I will most definitely stay here.”

“We had a nice stay at the condo. Perfect for the three of us. Plenty to cook with and the washer dryer was a plus as we were traveling for quite a few days on the road.Location was excellent for us to enjoy different beaches and the pond view of different birds and turtles was fun.The host was excellent in communication and checking up with us.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The home is beautifully set up with two master bedrooms and it overlooks a pond where you will see many animals like ducks, turtles and many birds. It was quiet and peaceful. The location was also good near so many places to eat and 5 minute drive to the beach and it allows dogs which was so fun to watch them play in the ocean! We will definitely be back. ”

“The apartment was well-decorated and updated. We had all the comforts of home but felt like we were at the beach. The king sized bed was super comfy! We loved the private patio and outdoor chairs for morning coffee. Everything worked fine. Check in and out was super easy. Very clean space. Literally a very short 3 minute walk to the Atlantic side of the island and 9 minutes to the river side. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again. ”

I found this location that offered a more low key, short walk away from some of our favorite hang outs. “My family came in on short notice from Oklahoma for a funeral of a family member. This place was so nice and perfect for us. It was peaceful and perfect for us to come back to at the end of today to get some much needed rest. ”

“Our only suggestion would be to change the tv bracket so that the tv will descend should cardio fit up in bed and lie down to watch. Need a different foot stopper in bathroom as door lock hits wall and is damaging wallad nagging wall”
