“We checked in after hours and the process was very easy, just make sure you let them know ahead of time if you are arriving after 5pm. The apartment is very spacious. The grounds and pool are well kept. Easy access to the beach. I only gave it a 3/5 for cleanliness because the condo was clean for the most part but we did find hair on one of the makeup cloths, dirty light switches, a soda left behind from a previos guest under a bathroom cabinet, and fingerprints all over sliding door to balcony....

“First time renting in Melbourne and first time staying in condo. Both experiences for us were excellent. Location is close to beach and you truly can walk there. Several restaurants close and walkable. Condo is small but more than adaquate. Nice size bedrooms with walkin closets. Very quiet building area. Nice walking around apartments and condos. The property managers were extremely responsive to any requests. Pickleball at Jimmy Moore park is close also. Great time for us!! ”
