With four bedrooms, generous indoor spaces and an outstanding backyard setup, this home is ideal for families or groups looking for space, comfort and fun.

Downstairs offers easy, open living with ducted heating and evaporative cooling ensuring year-round comfort. A convenient powder room is located on this level, while upstairs you’ll find all four bedrooms along with the main family bathroom, complete with a bath. The master suite is a true highlight, featuring a king bed and a private ensuite with spa bath — perfect for unwinding at the end of the day.

Step outside and you’ll find where this home really shines for families. The backyard is designed for fun and relaxation, featuring a swim spa, a basketball half court, BBQ and outdoor seating. There’s plenty of space for kids to play while adults relax and enjoy the outdoor area. Parking is well catered for with space for one car in the double garage and an additional car in the driveway.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)
