Great location for what we needed it for, quiet, clean. Single beds weren't that comfortable pretty hard and noisy when you moved, shower screen door broken, what's missing is the attention to detail. Other wise nice appartment.

It was disappointing that the television was not working in the living area. The lights in one of the bedrooms also was not working. It was close to shopping centre and glad we could go back and cook a meal. The townhouse was reasonably clean but carpets need a good clean. Comfortable bedding and clean linen.

Thank you for the review and feedback, We have fixed the TV point and convinced the owner to invest in new carpet as a result.

Spacious rooms, excellent fitout, great coutyard
Townhouse with private front and rear access, rear access to village type courtyard with BBQ area, secure parking, kitchen well equipped, close to ALDI and restaurants, good access to street, secure parking and very quite location. Our unit facing east had a spectacular view to the Dandenongs with impressive sunrises. Rooms and bedding very clean, and felt like home. TV had an inbuilt DVD player and a good supply of DVDs. Internet worked perfectly. All for a great stay.

Good and comfortable
I am happy that its a good accommodation, 2 bed room is clean, but just a little tower got dirty, others all the best, its cheaper and convenience, near Box Hill Shopping mall, and restaurant nearby.

Very disappointed
Highly disappointed as the cleaners knocked on my door at 9.58am for a 10am check-out. On asking for 15 minute extension the cleaner rang the owner who misbehaved with me over the phone and refused to give me 15 minute extension. I was treated very badly. Very disappointing!

Hi Abhishek, we are always open to extending check out times from the stated 10am, provided we are notified in advance and if there are no other guests arriving before that time then we change the time and notify our cleaning staff to clean the property later that day. Unfortunately in this instance we had received no prior notification of your desire for a late checkout and we had other guests arriving that same day. Whilst we understand that you were unhappy with this situation, our cleaning staff needed to enter the premises at the stated time of 10 am to ensure that the property would be cleaned in time for our incoming guests.

Excellent apartment
My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It was super clean, comfortable and cosy. Also very well located. Only negative is that you do get some taffic noise during peak hour but the other comforts more than makes up for this. I needed to extend my stay for a night and Brett and Sandra were outstanding and efficient. A very happy client.

Family stay for two weeks
My family stayed there for two week and the apartment had everything we need. Cooking for youself is no a problem since the apartment have all kitchenware. Very close to town center and Doncaster where Westfield is located.
