The Property is close to all the key amenities, strategically located and well connected with a 5 minute drive to Berwick or Narre Warren train station, Monash M1 and Princes highway. Eden Rise shopping centre is 10 minutes walk or 2 minutes drive away. Westfield Fountain Gate is 8 minutes away. The Old Cheese Factory is just round the corner ! It`s also near to Federation University and Chisholm TAFE. There are 3 hospitals in the suburb (St. John of God, Casey Hospital, Monash Health). Casey Super clinic has a 24*7 GP support.

Exploring Akoonah Park Market is a great way to spend a Sunday morning, offering home made toys & jams, fresh produce, great food & coffee, fresh baked bread, homewares and antiques.

There are plenty of sporting facilities in the area, including public tennis courts & public pools. Golfers can play at the Berwick-Montuna Golf Club on Emerald-Beaconsfield Road, Guys Hill, just a 6 minute drive away.

The town of Berwick was originally part of the Cardinia Creek run. Subdivision started in 1854 and a store, post office, hotel and other businesses were established. Wheat, barley and potatoes were grown, with a flour mill operating for several years. Dairy farming and cheese making later became the main activities. History comes alive in Berwick high street even today !

Berwick is famed for its beautiful parks. There are lots of great walks. The Old Cheese factory and Berwick springs

Parking is free. There is a double garage. Guests could walk to the nearby shopping center (Eden Rise). Take a bus to the Berwick/Narre Warren station to CBD. Berwick train station is a 5 minute drive or taxi. Bus stand is 5 minutes away from home.

Berwick is 46 kms away from Melbourne CBD and in normal traffic may take upto 45 minutes for drive.

Fountain Gate Westfield shopping centre and Casey central are only 5 mins drive which makes this house centrally located to all the amenities. Melbourne city is 35mins drive and Narre Warren train station is only 5 mins drive also. You could also while staying there go for a drive to the closest beach which is 20 mins away to Carrum beach, 1 hour to Philip island, 45 mins to Mornington peninsula and the hot springs and close to lots of other amazing places to visit.

There are 4 bedrooms in the house available that can easily accommodate a family of 7. Two Bedrooms with King size beds, one queen bed and fourth bedroom or study has a single mattress on the floor to accomodate 7. Bedrooms come furnished with comfortable bedding, pillows and mattresses. All the three bedrooms has two side tables, large dressing table with mirror. If additional sleeping arrangements needed, we are able to provide an air mattress with extra linen, towels etc. Please enquire with the host.

The main living area offers two very comfortable leather couches and a large 65” Smart TV with streaming services for you to relax in and watch all your favourite movies or series.

House has a fully functional kitchen, with everything you could ask where you could cook up a storm or just relax in. Kitchen offers everything from kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, microwave oven etc. Included in the price there will also be food for a simple breakfast and more.

A study room with comfortable desk and chair for your work at home time or could just be a room away from everything else. House has split systems that provide cooling and heating throughout.

Entire house at your disposal. House is 27sq metres and lots of space indoors and outdoors. There is a strict policy of no parties, no large gatherings over 3 visitors visiting the property at one time and no pets allowed.
