GUEST COUNT & PRICING
Our Airbnb listing shows a maximum of 16 guests, but we can accommodate up to 46 guests. For groups exceeding 16, an additional surcharge of $55 per person per night applies. Please message us before booking if your group exceeds 16 so we can ensure everything is perfectly prepared.

AREA ACCESS BY GROUP SIZE
- Up to 18 guests: Main House only
- 19–36 guests: Main House + Guest House
- 37–46 guests: Full property (Main House + Guest House + Sunroom)

PETS
Pets are welcome on the property. Please note that pets must remain in outdoor areas only. Let us know in advance if you'll be bringing pets.

SECURITY
For the safety of all guests, 14 exterior security cameras are in operation around the property during your stay. There are no cameras inside any of the buildings.
