Guest Limit Policy

The maximum number of guests permitted at the property at any time, day or night, must not exceed the number stated on the listing.

For the comfort of our neighbours and to comply with insurance requirements, only registered guests are permitted at the property.



House Rules:

To help maintain this beautiful home and ensure a peaceful experience for everyone:

1. All guests must complete the Peachy Properties booking agreement prior to arrival.

2. Non-Airbnb bookings require a $1,000 security bond via credit card pre-authorisation.

3. Only registered guests may stay at the property.

4. No parties, events, or unapproved gatherings.

5. No loud music or disruptive behaviour. Noise monitoring systems may be installed.

6. Outdoor areas must be respected after 10:00 PM in accordance with local regulations.

7. Strictly no bucks, hens, or schoolies bookings.

8. Bookings accepted only from groups aged 25 years and over.

9. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.

10. Parking is limited to designated areas only.



Security Bond & Booking Confirmation:

For non-Airbnb bookings, a $1,000 security bond is required via credit card pre-authorisation.
