Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps up to 22)
Main House: 4 bedrooms, sleeps 8. Three queen/king bedrooms + one twin room (two singles that can be joined into a king). Spacious, well-appointed rooms with quality bedding.

Sunroom — Bunk-bed setup, sleeps 10. A bright, communal space perfect for kids, teens, or groups who want that camp-style energy.

Space Capsule Pod — Sleeps 4. A standalone capsule cabin in the garden — cosy, private, and unlike anything you've slept in before.

We offer flexible space based on your group size. Smaller groups (1–8) enjoy the main house; larger groups unlock the sunroom and space capsule as needed — up to 22 guests across the full property. The modern farmhouse interiors keep things warm and stylish, while the grounds give you room to breathe, play, and unwind.

Full access to the entire property including all indoor spaces, outdoor areas, garden, firepit, BBQ, and the space capsule pod. The alpacas and kangaroos are free-roaming — feel free to watch and interact gently.

Self check-in — we'll send you access instructions before arrival.
Pet-friendly — well-behaved dogs are welcome. Please keep them away from the alpacas and kangaroos.
Firepit — wood is provided. Please supervise children around the fire at all times.
Quiet enjoyment — the property is in a peaceful rural neighbourhood. We ask guests to keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
