“This was the cutest little motel right on the beach! Nice sized rooms with a living room and kitchen. It is a bit dated but that's all part of its charm! It was clean, check in was easy, and the woman who runs it as an absolute gem. It was the perfect spot to have a quiet relaxing beach weekend.”

“First of all, the location is great, but the room was impeccably clean and the location was a nice, quiet neighborhood. I've had other experiences with a "spare room" in someone's house, but this was on another level. There is no entry from the main house to your room, so it truly is a separate room. If I'm ever visiting Melbourne again, I will most definitely stay here.”

“Getting on the property and into the unit was easy breezy with passcode. The place was just as shown in the images on the app, Pristine and clean and beautiful. We felt very safe & secure parked behind the locked fence to the property The Queen bed & pillows were super comfortable as was the couch.The kitchen and full-size fridge was perfect for what we needed. We didn’t get to spend a lot of time there because we were with our family nearby, but we will definitely be back and plan to utilize...

“My son was playing a tournament at the USSSA Space Coast Complex and this Landing was the perfect spot. 4 minutes from the park it was easy to run back and forth between games (or during rain delays). Plenty of places to shop/eat close by. He was even able to get his workouts in at a very nice community gym. If you are in Viera for baseball, look no further. ”

“Property is located in a great neighborhood. Loved the room. The lattice windows let the breeze in even when closed but during the time I was there it was not a problem. The property manager was amazing. He answered all messages promptly and was actually at the property checking on things. Great experience ”

“This was our second stay while visiting our daughter in college nearby. We love the view of the river, watching the sunrise and dolphins from the dock, walking to the nearby park and sitting for a while on a bench (we saw a manatee this time!) and being able to walk/run daily in the neighborhood and over the causeway. Nice place to relax when we aren't out exploring the area.”

“Traveled alone to see family and stayed here a few days. Clean, comfortable and stocked well with items needed for cooking and eating. I enjoyed the decor and the soothing color palette of the apartment. Good location within walking distance of downtown and easy travel by car to where I wanted to go. Off street parking a definite plus; a little tricky driving through the archway to park (I was in a Nissan Sentra) but doable with care. If you're a light sleeper be aware there is noise from trains...

“We had a nice stay at the condo. Perfect for the three of us. Plenty to cook with and the washer dryer was a plus as we were traveling for quite a few days on the road.Location was excellent for us to enjoy different beaches and the pond view of different birds and turtles was fun.The host was excellent in communication and checking up with us.”

“My lady and I had a very nice stay it was very clean and organized and was exactly how they portrayed it to be. Mr Franco was quick to respond with any questions that we had. Very easy access to the beach right across A1A. We will definitely be staying there again.”
