Pretty holiday home, villa type, on two levels in San Foca and 550 meters away from the sea, sandy beaches and the centre.
The accommodation boasts a space on the front with awning that allows you to set up an outdoor dining area with table and chairs. While on the back the outdoor space is much larger, it is equipped with a pizza and washing machine. Part of the rear courtyard is covered by a wooden eaves, is furnished with a table and chairs for enjoying meals comfortably in the shade and in turn overlooks the Provincial Road 366, from which you can access the property and park your car comfortably.

The spaces are large enough to comfortably accommodate up to five people.

The ground floor consists of a living room with dining area, flat screen TV and a sofa, as well as a single bed that can be opened if necessary, kitchenette with kitchenette and fridge with freezer and a service bathroom with bidet. The shower cubicle on the ground floor is covered and well protected, it is adjacent to the service bathroom but external, located between the exit door into the courtyard and the courtyard itself.

Upstairs is the sleeping area, with two double bedrooms, a bathroom with bidet and shower, two balconies, one on each side of the house, with doors and windows protected by mosquito nets.

The solution is equipped with three air conditioners, two of which are located in each bedroom on the upper floor and the third in the dining and living area on the ground floor.
