“Rented three different rooms. The two non-suite rooms were small despite a Murphy bed. The floor was concrete. No carpet. The two smaller rooms had no closet just a towel rack below which was unpainted masonry board. Had to use a seven digit code 3 times to get thru the room and the elevator. No extra blanket. Nonresponsive thermostat control. I assume that people who gave this hotel a 10 do not know any better..”

“The house was immaculate upon arrival. The area is beautiful - set in a more rural area near Columbia, TN. There was a pond on the property our dogs enjoyed walking to each day. "Nice hotel in a neighbourhood that hopefully will get more activity soon. Room was a bit dusty in the closet etc but otherwise it had pretty much everything I needed. Beautiful poolarea and rooftop"

I recommend to make sure you get the code before arriving. The code opens all doors including room. Location is great, only a very short walk to Broadway. Will stay again but need to find a way to get the code in advance."

"Lovely hotel in a great location. We loved the room and view from it. Also appreciated the games by the pool and the lounge/bar area. On the minus side I would warn you to not use the taxi service provided by their staff on the entry floor. I asked for help ringing a taxi on my first day to reach the conference hotel not far away (less than 10 min). I was ripped off when we arrived and the driver refused to lower the price. It costed med 45 dollar and the same trip in the afternoon with another company was 8 dollar. I’m really upset that the hotel staff provide such expensive taxi. Use uber or lyft instead. Also, we only got one small water bottle during our 4 night stay. Since the water coming from the tap is so bad, a hotel, especially at this price, should ensure guests always have water in their room. I think the bottles the provide in tue reception costed 3 or 4 dollar. Cambria, you can do better then this."
