“Place looked to be recently renovated, very clean and comfortable in a quiet little neighborhood. This was our first time staying in someone's home, we have always rented hotel rooms so didnt know quite what to expect. We were very satisfied with everything, check-in was super easy, plenty of amenities and the mini golf course was a nice twist.”

“We enjoyed a long weekend at this property. Our stay was very enjoyable and relaxing. We fished from the dock (caught one small bass), played pool, which we especially enjoyed and relaxed with a game of cards, a book or a movie. There was just the two of us but the house has plenty of room for a family or group of friends or other couples. Thanks for a fun stay!”

The house is decorated beautifully. The kitchen was stocked well for cooking. Loved the bathroom dual shower heads and plenty of countertop space and storage. My husband and I look forward to booking again.”

“The property was very clean inside & updated throughout, with ample toilet paper, good shampoo & conditioner, plenty of towels, etc. We bought a Keurig, just because we like the convenience of pods, but there was a coffee maker and I believe a tea kettle. It was a perfect stay for our needs, and although we didn't bring our pups, I'm thrilled to be able to find an affordable, pet-friendly VRBO. It was a great place to stay and I would stay again in a heartbeat!”

“My family all met in Gainesville for an extended long weekend in March and this house was perfect for home base. All the beds were extremely comfortable, the place was clean and easy to find. We enjoyed going to local parks, UF, restaurants (satchels pizza) all nearby. The pool was huge and great for the kids (a bit too cold for us adults)! Would definitely return again!”

Only problem we encountered was we didn't have full access to the refrigerator. The host did come over right away to make a little room for us. Other than that our stay was very enjoyable.”

“My family and I (5) stayed here comfortably. It was like home away from home. Spacious, open, clean and comfortable. The view of the water was beautiful from sunrise to sunset. The owner was incredible. The neighborhood was nice, and the neighbors were so sweet. Everything you need is there. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. The 3 bathrooms were very convenient. I just cant say enough. My niece (15) caught several catfish and we saw a few turtles .🐢 . We would highly recommend this...
