“This was our second time staying here and it did not disappoint! The location is amazing and the lake views are priceless. Easy access to walking trails just a five minute drive away - the snow kept our walks short but we hope be back in the spring to take full advantage. It was very cold outside but we were warm and comfortable inside. ”

“This hotel has a fabulous location regarding Lake Winnipesaukee. I stayed there in March of 2025 and 2026 and both times paid a "resort fee" which consisted of nothing. The hotel staff were very nice. My room was clean, but run down. The furniture was scratched, gauged, and set up on blocks of wood. I will say the linens were clean, the amenities were so-so. This hotel is taking advantage of its central location. In March, location doesn't matter. No one is going to enjoy the lake, the...

“Basically this is one of the nicest places we've ever stayed and this is our second time staying there. The rooms are immaculate everything's immaculate which is kind of one of the reasons. Why is because the place is brand spanking new.Chris Viude has some of the best food in the area hands down?. He changed his menu seasonally so now we're getting close to spring so the menu will be changing quite a bit for the spring so we look forward to coming up for that as well too. “Nice cabin, great bathroom and shower. Very clean. Host even provided a dog crate. 2nd time staying here and both were great”

“Room was clean. Bed was comfortable but very high. I booked a Deluxe king. The room was so small. Had a dormer as well which made it even smaller. NOT the room i boked. I would not stay in that room again...Also, they refurbished room. But the bathroom toilet was never replaced. It was like sitting on the floor, so low. Why not the toilet, too?”

“Went during snow storm was plowed out the next morning. Would have been helpful to have a snow shovel on hand in the cabin to clear the stairs and walkway ”
