“Clean, nice, great staff!”

“Everything was great.”

“When we arrived late afternoon there was a note attached to the front door directing us to our room and that they were busy with another client, but did supply a number to call. Our room door was wide open with the keys laying on a table. We did try to call to ask about the wifi and breakfast. We received a text, 3 hours later, with the wifi info and that we were not getting breakfast or coffee as it was not included. I understand about breakfast, but no coffee? “The pictures didn't lie but it wasn't clean and it didn't feel safe so in the middle of the night I asked to move out and get my money back. ”

“Good value for money, central location, you can walk to Broadway and Riverwalk”

“Upon arrival at the property it took about 10 mins or more for us to be greeted at the front desk. Then, we were initially given a room that had not been cleaned whatsoever. “El cuarto estaba terriblemente en mal estado!!! La puerta del baño estaba caída, la bañera esta super sucia!! Y olía felicitado mal, no volvere!!!”

“Best hotel ever, so cool and staff was amazing. A must see and visit.”

“I didn’t like that they charge you the morning that you are due to check in before you even check in but overall everything else was great breakfast and all.”

“After traveling to Columbus I was called by the hotel and told that I couldn’t check in until 6:30 I check in was supposed to be at 3… once finally checked on at 7 the room they gave me was flooded I had to wait another 30/45 minutes before they gave me another room once they gave me another room the shower didn’t work in that one so had to wait on another room experience was just completely inconvenient and overwhelming the only thing that made it worth while is the customer service I received...
