“Great staff. I didn't like that they don't clean the rooms every day. I also didn't like that they don't have a restaurant on premises.”

“Checking in was a disaster!!!! They didn’t know how to process my Expedia reservation. It took an hour to check in. I had to get help from Expedia chat to help with the process. Wanted to cancel reservation during the process but Expedia would not comply. Reservation supervisor was cold and unapologetic!”

“Can’t close the bathroom without struggling. The floors are curved (bulged/not level) tip down between bed and entertainment where refrigerator and microwave are. The walk way between them are very narrow. I fear for future guests where they can get hurt if the entertainment falls on them”

“The worst place I have ever stayed. There was actuall human feces outside my door the entire two days I was there. ”

“Staff was friendly. Hotel was a good value. In a decent area with restaurants and near many of the locations I was in town for. May be my go to when I'm in Columbus for softball tourneys.”

“Its good if you are just passing through, but if your staying for a couple days id recommend somewhere else. There is another hotel directly behind this one and looks like its being used for an apartment complex rather than a hotel. The A/C units barely worked. The wall plug behind the bed looked like it had caught fire at one point. The room was clean but house keeping only checks rooms that are already empty or recently vacated. “The Hotel was very worn and dark. They don’t keep coffee makers in the room. You have to ask for it at the front desk. The parking lot had homeless sitting in it. We decided that we were not comfortable there and left for a different hotel. ”

“Rooms were clean. Laundry was broke so we had to go to a laundry mat. Pool was closed so we couldn't enjoy that. Building was undergoing a partial remodel. Overall i wish i would have booked somewhere else or wished the website stated they were having issues so i could book elsewhere. Overall I am highly disappointed.”
