Denna 1100 fot stuga Àr perfekt gÄngavstÄnd till allt som Midtown har att erbjuda. Brooks Museum, Overton Park, Overton Square .... 20+ restauranger, barer, biografer, Ballet Memphis, 2 teatergrupper och levande musik.
Utrymmet

Jag Àr en lokal entreprenör och designer som har tagit den hÀr stugan frÄn 1910 och slÀppt den till dubbarna och gjort den till en showplats 2017 med uppmÀrksamhet pÄ detaljerna. Allt Àr nytt. Köket har matlagning och Àr fullt utrustat med allt du behöver för att laga en minnesvÀrd mÄltid. Mysig matsal i köket har plats för fyra. 2 sovrum har bÄda drottningssÀngar med lyxiga sÀngklÀder och sÀngklÀder. 3 HDTV med kabel, Netflix och WiFi tillhandahÄlls till mina gÀster. BakgÄrden Àr inhÀgnad och erbjuder en uteplats med bekvÀma sittplatser. Mitt mÄl i valet av ytbehandling och möbler var att ge bÀttre Àn ett 5-stjÀrnigt hotell kvalitet jag vet om jag uppnÄdde mitt mÄl !! Om jag missade nÄgot, lÄt mig veta och det kommer att tillhandahÄllas.

GÀstÄtkomst

Det Àr allt ditt att anvÀnda (en garderob Àr lÄst för Àgarens leveranslagring). Gatuparkering direkt framför hemmet finns för parkering. NyckellÄdans inlÄsning för ytterdörren gör Ätkomst sÄ mycket enklare ..

Interaktion med gÀster

Jag bor en mil hemifrÄn och Àr omedelbart tillgÀnglig för att lösa eventuella problem som kan uppstÄ.

Grannskapet

Omgivningen Àr den absolut största dragningen för alla gÀster som valde min stuga för sin vistelse. Plats, plats, kan verkligen ta en hytt frÄn flygplatsen till min stuga och gÄ till aktiviteter, restauranger och barer för att fylla en lÄng helg och aldrig köra. För att gÄ ut ur grannskapet Àr Uber inte mer Àn en tur pÄ 10 dollar till Downtown, Bass Pro, Beale Street och Graceland. Vid körning finns gott om parkeringsplatser framför stugan.

Disappointment

We booked this property because we were coming to Memphis for a funeral, so this was a relatively late booking. Properties that we had booked with satisfaction weren’t available. I always read the reviews and all of the recent reviews commented favorably on the cleanliness. Well, after driving for six hours, we entered the property and immediately noticed that it was clean. There was obvious dust on the floors and cloth sofa. We didn’t stay. We telephoned the owner and received a refund.

Visit to Graceland

Home was as advertised, parking right in front, easy check-in. Host easy to get in touch with. Had everything we needed for oir short stay. Close to plenty of restaurant choices. Appreciated the lighting and magnifying mirror in bathroom! Only negative was the streaming svs on television-kept buffering, so couldnt really watch anything.

Jefferson Red Door is +++

A friend and I liked the place very much. It’s convenient to fine restaurants, bars, and live music on Madison Avenue. In fact it’s walkable to Madison Avenue. My only challenge was getting in as the instructions confused me the first time I tried, however Ben was responsive and helpful and no problems afterwards. Our recommendation is +++++ and definitely stay there again.

Avoid!!!

Was welcomed by a messy bed, broken furniture, stained living room chairs, gum wrappers and crumbs on the table, couch looked like someone had just taken a nap on it and a drunk/homeless man sleeping on the lawn across the street. Dead bug on the ground, beer cans in the garbage and ice cubes all over the freezer. Spent 20-30 minutes in the house to make new lodging arrangements and left. Extremely disappointed.

Great little house!

It was obvious that this property had undergone a serious restoration project. Though the house was small it flowed very well. The place was very clean, the mattresses were absolutely wonderful! If I had any suggestions, it would be for the owner to clean up patio area and make it more inviting for his guest. It is more comfortable to be able to sit outside in privacy than on the front porch. The owner was very accessible and responded to our every need. Overall I would rate it an A-. Weekend Getaway

This property was a perfect spot for a long weekend! It was quiet and cozy and a quick trip to many of the sites you would want to see. The host was communicative and available if needed. We would stay here again and I highly recommend this property.

Perfect Getaway

Memphis get away

We had a fabulous time exploring the sights, all within a few minutes of this great rental. We had everything we needed, plenty of room for three. We loved the area, so close to a great park. The house was clean, organized, decorated nicely and in good repair. We all had a stay we won't soon forget. Our host was fantastic, answered my questions immediately and was very patient with me. I thought I had booked 7 nights, but no, he was very considerate of my error, gave us time to pack up and tried to help me find another place to stay for the night. We can't wait to stay again in this cute house, to sit out and relax on the porch!

Love the Jefferson Cottage(s)

We've stayed at both cottages, this being our first time in this one. House has everything you need stocked: towels, soap, blankets, pillows, etc. Clean, comfortable, excellent weekend home. We had one issue where we didn't have hot water when we woke up in the morning, so I texted Ben and he replied immediately and then followed up with a call right away - we just needed to flip the breaker and push a button on the hot water heater. We had hot water very quickly after that, I was able to shower comfortably like 15 mins later. We will be back!

So comfortable and very convenient!

This is our third stay at Jefferson Cottage while our daughter attended Rhodes College. The safe and quiet street that’s convenient to everything, the comfortable spaces to spread out and the amenities within the cottage make me wonder why I ever book a hotel when we visit Memphis. This “home away from home” has it all! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great Property in Midtown Memphis

This was a great little house for our good friends to meet up with us for the weekend and enjoy Memphis. The location is great - it is very close to both Beale Street and other attractions like Graceland, Memphis Zoo, Art Museum, U. of Memphis. We felt perfectly safe in this cute neighborhood. The owner sent great directions on how to unlock the lock box. The only "negative" was we wished there were concise check out notes - like strip the beds or not, place all towels here, etc. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great location

Very convenient location less than 10min to just about everything. (15min from airport & Graceland) thanks Ben for supplying the cottage with travel items and laundry supplies. Kitchen is well stocked all though we were enjoying local eats it is Memphis after all. Great price for extra space and convenience over a hotel.
