“This property was completely misrepresented. Paint flaking off the wall. Cracks in the ceiling. Almost every door needed repair and repainting. Other peoples toothbrushes and other personal items left in bathroom. Hotels .com should be ashamed to list this property. I am demanding a complete refund and will never use Hotels.com again. Below is one of the many pictures I took of this “deluxe” property.”

“The property is in a very nice historical district. The duplex is old so old original features are to be expected. It was decorated nicely and was comfortable. Water for showering was not hot and water pressure was weak in the shower. Kitchen water got hot quickly and there was good water pressure in there. Overall our stay was great (except showering) and we enjoyed the property and neighborhood. ”

“We loved the location of this house. An easy walk to restaurants and coffee shops. The house is very comfortable and clean. There were minor issues with the kitchen - pots that were burned, cracked mugs, no ice, no coffee filters- overall tho, a great house in a terrific neighborhood. ”
