“This property was in a quiet neighborhood. We were here on a medical visit and the accommodations were comfortable and clean. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and relax after a long day at the hospital. Highly recommend this property.”

“Very spacious , comfortable, and clean residence within walking distance to Beall St, the Fed Ex Forum, the Arcade Cafe, and the Lorraine Hotel/ Civil Rights museum. Nice that there was a 2 car garage. Felt safe walking to everywhere. Good directions from host. Only downside was the street noise at night( cars with loud mufflers, drag racing, loud music and loiterers) if you had the rooms street side. Had no problems with the stay. Would stay here again if in the area.”

“Our stay was amazing. Dottie is an amazing host and was so helpful and accommodating in every way. She was very responsive when we had a question arise. The house was great, felt very safe and cozy and plenty of room for us to stretch our legs and let our dog run in the fenced in back yard. Fridge was stocked with drinks and there were snacks ready for us, as well as treats and balls for our pup. Master has skylights which were awesome and the bedroom the younger girls were staying in had a Wii...

“House is large, plenty of space for our group. Communication with property owner was perfect. They responded to any question I had as well as checking in with us to be sure everything was great. ”

“This property is located in a good neighborhood and is within walking distance of a large city park. The property was as described with a queen bed in one bedroom, two extended singles in another bedroom, a futon couch in the finished back pouch, and a large couch in the living room. Linoleum tile throughout made keeping dog hair cleanup easier. There is a washer and dryer in the finished porch area. Downside: there was only four mismatched bath towels in the unit, the comforter in the queen...

“Cute little house with a large fenced in yard for our dog to enjoy. Nice neighborhood to walk and short walk to many restuarants. There is definitely a problem with the cleaning of the house. All the windows and window sills were filthy. The floor through out the house was sticky, the kitchen looked like someone did a quick job of cleaning it.”
