• No parties or events allowed. Occupancy is limit to 10 people at all times.
• No glitter or confetti allowed inside the property.
• No smoking permitted indoors or within 50 ft of the property
• No Pets allowed
• Maximum occupancy of 10 guests may not be exceeded
• No street parking—use driveway only for parking
• Outdoor noise must be minimal at all times
• There are 2 full bathrooms downstairs. There is no bathroom upstairs in the bonus room.

Security & Safety:
• Noise monitoring in place
• Smoking monitor is present inside this property.
• Smart lock entry (codes reset after each stay)
• This property has a doorbell camera with audio at the exterior. It also has a camera over the garage and another on the west side of the house. The cameras record the street, entrances, and parking area. They do not record interior spaces. However, there is a noise and smoke monitor inside the house.
*There is currently no A/C unit in the garage game room. The garage is well insulated and stays cool with the door to the house open and 2 tower fans.
*There are sensors on the front and back door that will pause the HVAC system if either door is left open for more than 2 minutes.
*The A/C unit will stop running if the doors are left open.
