With its large, sunny balcony with semi-lake-view dining, the second-floor apartment (with a lift) welcomes visitors to unwind in a lovely holiday atmosphere. The visitors also have access to a big shared swimming pool where they can relax on sun loungers at their leisure.

Within, there is a comfortable and spacious living room with modern amenities like Wi-Fi and a Smart TV and direct access to the private balcony. This airy refuge is ideal for summers, with large picture windows and beautiful views of the surroundings from every angle. The prestigious Menaggio & Cadenabbia Golf Club is 9 minutes by drive. For lovers of nature, the hiking trail to La Crocetta observation deck with breathtaking panoramas of Lake Como is close by.

The Menaggio centre itself provides a charming starting point from which to explore Lake Como\'s attractions. The resort is well-equipped for self-catering stays, with cafe-lined piazzas mingling with real restaurants, boutique gift shops, and supermarkets, all located just a stone’s throw from the apartment’s well-connected location. The resort town also provides a variety of daytime activities, such as kayaking and power boating.
