"Excellent hotel. Housekeeper Edi was the sweetest - left the room spotless every night, folded the towels into amazing shapes and was very friendly. Left a truly big impression. Beach area is great, beach cleaners do an excellent job and so does the rest of the service staff. Breakfast has a lot of options, only downside is that you need to order the hot drinks through the waiters which can lead to it taking a bit long. Perhaps a more suitable option would be to have machines so you can help yourself. The waiters do an amazing job though. "

"Servicepersonalen förtjänar en extra stjärna. Så trevliga och tillmötesgående varje gång de stöter på en. Rummet var väldigt fräscht och vi kände aldrig att vi saknade något. Sköna poolområden, strålande upplevelse på coral. Man kan inte göra så mycket utanför hotellet men för oss gjorde det ingenting utan det var bara sol och bad för oss. Det enda dåliga är att folk kommer och paxar solstolar från morgonen sen tar de sin tid för att gå bada medan andra väntar tålmodigt."

"Overall, we had an enjoyable stay, but unfortunately, there are several simple improvements the hotel could make to truly live up to its potential. ❌ What brought the experience down: - Cleanliness around the pool areas was very poor. Throughout our entire 6-day stay, no one cleaned up melted ice cream, bird droppings, or other debris around the sunbeds. It felt neglected and unsanitary, especially considering the large number of staff available. - The main lagoon pool felt dirty and uninviting. The plastic liner at the bottom gave off a worn-out, 80s/90s vibe. Not what you’d expect from a modern resort. - Bike rentals were not included and quite pricey, even though this is typically a complimentary service at similar hotels. - The food at the smaller beachside restaurant was disappointing and did not meet the standards set by the main buffet. ✅ What we really appreciated: - The rooms were fresh, nicely decorated, and very clean - major plus! - Staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful. - The breakfast and dinner buffets were surprisingly good. I’m usually not a fan of buffet food, but this was fresh, varied, and well-prepared. - The lobby area was stylish and welcoming. Suggestions for improvement: - Power-wash the walkways and pool surroundings every morning before guests arrive. This would instantly improve cleanliness and comfort. - Offer complimentary bicycles for guests - Renovate the lagoon pools: tile them properly and remove the sand "

Specially the breakfast team. The food was delicious, the beach was very clean and the hotel offers excellent facilities. Additionally, it has a perfect location with easy access to the city center and all amenities. I especially want to highlight the staff, pleasant, professional, and truly memorable. They made the stay even better. I highly recommend this hotel! "

"Vi hade 5 fina dagar på Conrad’s hotell i nusa dua. Hotellet var stort med stor pool område. Man såg att hotellet hade ett par år bakom sig för det var rätt slitet. Det fanns många restauranger i när området men alla är ganska högt i pris men väldigt mysiga och fina. Stranden var finare 3 km söderut men ändå ren och helt okey utanför hotellet. "
