“It was quiet and clean. The pillows were extremely hard and should be replaced. The floor was not very clean and left the soles if my bare feet black and while I understand for security reasons the window from outside for late checking it is a little uncomfortable But for the price and location it was a good deal”

“Check in wasn’t the best. They wanted additional deposit for “insurance” after I already bought trip insurance. Remote was broken. 1 1/2 inch gap in entrance door. Blackout curtains didn’t reach the floor so there was always light shining in. Dead cockroach on floor by bed. Toilet roll holder broken just tp on countertop. Floor looked new. Fairly quiet. Check out was good. I would not book there again too many nicer better hotels in 20 mile radius. Stay at one of those so you don’t have to waste...

“Room was clean , and hallways as well. Every employee that we had interaction or just walked by them they were friendly and professional , Dinning area was always clean and the food was very good. Gym area has exactly what you need for working out when traveling overall it was a great stay at a great price it was our first time staying here and we will definitely stay again in the future.”

“Location was right off of 15 so easy to get on and off freeway. Bedroom was clean. Staff helpful with providing extra towels and pillows. Outdoor pool was nice to have. Breakfast was great. Checking in too a bit long. Had to wait for staff to show up at desk. Staff was very apologetic and courteous.”

“The hotel was clean and the rooms were large and comfortable, but it was a bit far from old-town and the wineries.”

“1st room i was given was not ready beds were not made and a tray of spoiled food was in the foom making it smell awful. The second room i was give the fridge was defrosted and filled with water shower curtain was dirty the whole bathroom Was pretty bad. The pool was empty and unusable also all in all not a great place i would would say spend the extra 100 or so and just stay in the Temecula murrieta area.”

“I drove up to a residential neighborhood with cars parked on the side of the road and packed into driveways.....the facility is a private residence, and it felt creepy. I think a lot of houses in the neighborhood are renting rooms, because the number of cars on the streets and driveways is not normal. My recommendation is to fully advertise that this is a bedroom in a single family residence. I chose to leave and drive back to Laguna Hills, at midnight.”
