“I booked this property 6 months before my trip and Ivana the owner host was responsive to messages and helpful answering my questions. I never received checking in info so i contacted the seller via the app and the phone number given. No reply and no return calls. I turned up to the property on the day of booked arrival and found the apartment is above a business. I spoke to the kady called Ivana that worked there but she didnt know about my booking. “Lovely room. The shower cubicle was a bit small, but the shower was good, although no heating in the shower room. The room was accessed via two flights of narrow stairs. Breakfast was reasonable, but could do with yogurt and fresh fruit with the cereals. No offer of separate toast..one piece provided with the breakfast. No jams or marmalade on offer either. The main meals and menu gor dinnrr was excelent”

“The food was excellent; the pate and risotto were delicious. The staff were exceedingly helpful and efficient. Breakfast was Italian and consequently had interesting choices which were very fresh, filling and beautifully presented. The property has EV charging which was one of the reasons we chose it. The room was lovely and comfortable (especially the pillows) with a good size bathroom and nice toiletries. The fresh milk was a welcome addition to the tea/coffee making facilities. Ripon is an...
