âWe were soo happy to have picked this place! It was quaint, personable and in a perfect location! The breakfast was delicious! Made with thought and care. We stayed in the back room which seemed to be quieter but had the opportunity to view the other front rooms which were just as beautiful but on a busy street! just bring ear plugs;) We loved the staff and will recommend it!â

âWe had a nice stay at this property, and the host was very kind and accommodating. The location is perfect! The ZĂłcalo is only a few minutes walk away. It's walking distance to other museums, Michelin restaurants, and native, Oaxacan cuisine. Taxis come by every 2 mins. and there are several cafes almost nextdoor. âHighly recommend staying at Casa Sofi for your trip to Oaxaca. Excellent host that greeted us with the best tasting Mezcal. The room is very comfortable and the property is centrally located to everything. The grounds itself is very clean and safe. There is a communal kitchen that has everything to prepare a meal or store your leftovers in the refrigerator. Canât wait to go back. â

âWe spent a week here and loved the experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We also took some of the cooking classes which were excellent. It's an easy walk to the main plazas and there are a number of excellent restaurants and coffee shops nearby. It's a little oasis of quiet and comfort in a vibrant and fascinating city. The self-service honor bar is also a really nice amenity and the breakfasts were wonderful. â
