“This is an older hotel but the rooms have new carpet and paint and are roomy. Bathroom had fresh tile and a newer tub. room had a nice view of a small lake. The included breakfast was strictly continental. There is a restaurant on the premises but we didn’t eat there. Prices were high for what u get but it was summer and there wasn’t much else available so the pricing might be in line with the market. We would stay here again, more likely in Winter for a ski trip.”

“Very nice stop in the northern woods. The check in wasn't smooth. We never received the access code so we had to call a number to receive the code. It was easy after we called but would have been nice to just receive it like the email stated. There was a cigarette butt in the planter by the door which was not attractive to nonsmokers arriving. There was also a leftover towel under the bed. Otherwise, the room was very clean, the room was remodeled nicely, and it was a quiet place to stop...

“We loved our stay. The home is well appointed-clean, secure, and welcoming. The bathrooms are modern, the beds comfy, and the family spaces, living and rec room/bar area were very nice. The kitchen had everything we needed. We appreciate that kayaks and a canoe were available without additional fees. We also enjoyed the electric fireplace. Perfect spot for a multigenerational gat away. Highly recommend!”
