âWe drove to Chicago got there at 1:00 check in was suppose he at 3:00 didnât get into my room until 5:30 and tv didnt work but besides that everything else was find lovely hotel . â
âUnderbart âlitetâ hotell med mycket vĂ€nlig personal och hög service. Gillande ananas temat som man hittade lite överallt i rummet. SĂ€ngarna var jĂ€tte sköna och tĂ€ckena fluffiga. NĂ€ra till allt, shopping , restauranger o teater . Jag kommer gĂ€rna tillbaka igen! â
âThe property is gorgeous! Lovely rooms and the staff were fantastic, could not fault them at all! My only issue would be the roads outside are very noisy, we needed ear plugs to sleep. Other than that, absolutely fantastic stay! Would return and would highly recommend â

âThe position of the hotel is fantastic. The staffs at the desk were helpful and their services were wonderful and appreciated . However there were dust and stain on furnitures and countertop and the the call reciever at the housekeeping was not so helpful in the beginning. Contemporary interiordesign, complementary coffe and tea, space and comfortable soffas made the lobby the main attraction at the hotel. The room was good. âBra hotell, framförallt bra lĂ€ge centralt med gĂ„ngavstĂ„nd till mycket. Bodde pĂ„ 20:e vĂ„ningen med fin utsikt över staden. TyvĂ€rr var frukosten ganska trist och framförallt var allt pĂ„ frukosten inpackat i förpackningar och till det anvĂ€ndes engĂ„ngstallrikar och plastbestick. Det drar ner betyget. Det tar mellan en vecka och tio dagar att fĂ„ tillbaka depositionen vilket Ă€r rĂ€tt skumt.â
