Unfortunately the shower in room 33 constantly dripped.
Other than that great 1 night stay after a long day at Twycross Zoo.

âStaff were very nice and helpful. I stayed for 9days and can not fault them. Whenever I need something you only need to ask. Very helpful and excellent service from kitchen to front desk and the cleaner who helped open my door as I had so many stuff on hand. Itâs a shame I didnât get all their names. But all in all 10/10đŻâ
âLovely bar, good atmosphere. Room not so good, smelt damp & awful smell in the bathroom from the drains. No evening meal as the gas was off.

âI wasnât sure what to expect due to mixed reviews. However I had a ground floor room as requested. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and importantly for me the hairdryer was good. The bathroom had a bath with a shower. The overhead shower was powerfully enough and the water was hot. I wasnât disturbed by noise, it was peaceful. My tv worked. Kettle was clean.
The only downside was my room felt a bit cold. I didnât ask about the heating, maybe if I had theyâd have helped.
