âDonât hesitate⊠book this property! Gorgeous boutique hotel. We only stayed one night and will definitely visit again when in Merida. Everything was absolutely perfect including the room which had a private plunge pool. Breakfast was delicious, we were treated like VIP at front desk check in. âAbsolutely WONDERFUL! The location is perfect. Our suite was beautiful, spacious, impeccably clean and had everything that is important to me: comfortable bed, high quality pillows and linens, well appointed bathroom with great water pressure and a mini fridge. The staff really sets this hotel apart from most! They were so helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We will definitely be back!â

âVery nice place. Large rooms, simple but good breakfast, friendly staff and a beautiful patio. We had booked a king size bed but got two separated queen sized beds, so contact the hotel to make sure you get the room you booked. Ask the staff for a tour and they'll tell you the history of the buildings. The Hacienda VIP, which is located next door, has a bit fancier rooms, but we prefered the Hacienda since it felt a bit more homy and a little less quiet (even though it was very quiet too).â
