“My friends and I had a great stay! The hosts were absolutely amazing and understanding. They were able to accommodate several last minute changes and requests for my group. We have nothing negative to say about our stay. Well stocked cottage and very clean. We will definitely be booking again in the future!”

“Overall the property was as advertised. Close to Smith Falls and Merrickville, it is situated on a small waterway that is peaceful and has seating on the dock. Price was fair for the accommodations. The icons on VRBO indicate that there are two showers but there is only one. The upstairs bathroom is a tub only. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything that we needed. We had a lovely stay.”

“Great cottage to relax with friends. The Cottage was in great shape and clean, but could use a good deep cleaning in certain areas. The dock and waterfront areas are amazing. The Sauna heats up quickly, but only fits 2-3 adults comfortably. Overall a great cottage and will definitely be looking to book again in the future!”

“The cottage and the area are lovely. Loved the hot tub and the dock. The cottage could use some maintenance though. Broken bed. I know you said that you have ordered a new one. Very uncomfortable mattresses. Broken microwave handle. Door off the sunroom sticks badly. If these were all fixed I would come back and / or recommend to friends.”

“Poorly maintained. Had trouble u nlocking & opening front door upon arrival. Neighbour helped. Doors do not fit properly. Decking, sidings peeling & holes. Ants in kitchen. Cover on BBQ does not fit properly. Could not do any fishing due to weeds but told i could. Picture in listing disheaving. Pool table shown but no cues or balls. Chairs very uncomfortable. Linens old & smelled. Wife had to wash them all. The humidifier was on & started to leak so i had to fix by hand as no tools.No...

“We had a somewhat rocky start with hot water, but Andrew was attentive and did his best to rectify the problem. The cottage was nicely prepared, beds attracively made, towels laid out, and the interior orderly. Very nice gas grill, and beautiful views enjoyed even more with very comfortable patio furniture. Boathouse was a godsend. Overall, an enjoyavblke trip and experience. Andrew is a nice man .”
