We are sorry to read this review. We work really hard to ensure the enjoyment of our guests so after reading your review we immediately sent our maintenance team to test our heating system. They reported back that the heaters in every bedroom, the air conditioning and the wood heater were all working very well and upon testing each one, heated up the rooms very quickly. We are sorry to hear that you had trouble working the heating, but we do wish you would of called us during your stay to help talk you through using the systems. We do acknowledge that you can’t use YouTube on our TVs. We explain in our advertising and terms and conditions that we can only connect to internet through satellite, therefore we have limited data and speeds available for guests. We also explained this over the phone to you. The data we have available each month is limited and we like to share this between all guests so their stay is enjoyable. It is unfortunate that a full internet service is not available in the area, but it is the remoteness of the property which prevents this, and is something that we believe makes the house peaceful and tranquil. We do, although, understand that it’s nice to settle down after a big day out, this is why we provide lots of games, toys, books, DVD’s, a gaming console and free to air TV We would be more than happy in hearing any constructive advice on what would make your stay better.
