If you’re used to central air, these units are a little loud if you need them on overnight. The basement bedroom was comfortable and cool. The upstairs bathroom is new and full of light. We celebrated a birthday with our friends who took the quick drive down from Hampton Beach to join us, and we were able to go back and forth between the two and spend time in both towns. Plum Island is such a lovely place and the beach is beautiful. This house was steps from the beach and equipped with nice beach chairs and an umbrella for our use. The house was clean and nice, but not so nice that I was worried about my kids in the space....
