“Beautiful view of Core Sound. Enjoyed the dock. Very clean home”

“The cottage was beautifully furnished. The reading side room was a plus. Luxurious beds and bedding. Porch overlooking marina was so relaxing with great seating. So many amenities included. Great restaurants including M &M's Cafe. Seafood was delicious. Beth Frazier Realty was great to work with. Would love to return. My 4'9" 90 year old mom said the beds were too high and needed a stool and the half bathroom was incredible small. Hard to shut door. Her comments. ”

“Great cottage, loved the water views and beautiful sunsets. Saw dolphins our first day! Cottage is very well stocked and wonderful communicative host. ”

“This has been one of the best vrbo’s that I have stayed. The home was exceptionally clean and anything you would need is there. The views are exceptional and the screened in porch and sunroom were fantastic. I look forward to another relaxing trip in the future. I had one small question and Susan replied very quickly. The pictures on website are completely accurate.”

“Loved the cute home located in a super quiet area. Lounging on the huge screened in porch was my favorite thing. As well the owners were super responsive and so good to deal with, felt as if we had known them for years. Main bed was super comfy which is a big requirement for us. Loved the small touches like the kurig coffee pods! Will definitely recommend to friends and be back soon! ”

“Adorable cottage! Well stocked, nice attention to detail. Location very peaceful and private. Loved the view and spacious yard for our dog! Owner very accessible and helpful. Provided a lot of info for the area which we took advantage of! Local seafood was delicious!”

“Our family of 4 adults and 1 teen loved this cottage. We had never been to this part of NC and loved being able to look out on the Neuse River, which is more like a lake! The porch on the back is bright and comfy and you can watch the water change during all weathers. Loved eating our meals out there at the big table. The dock was our other main place, so sturdy and nice sunshade. We fished and crabbed and just hung out. The water and sky are always changing and so relaxing.Also enjoyed the club...
