“I was going to visit the Brecon Mountain Railway and I needed somewhere close by to stay for the night. Luckily, I chose the Butchers Arms. The room was lovely and clean and the bed very comfortable. The food was filling and tasty and I had breakfast looking across to the start of the Brecon Beacons. The beer was wonderful especially the Butty Bach (little friend in Welsh). ”

“I chose the B&B based on location, coming from a long drive through Wales. I missed the fact that the pub is closed Mon/Tue: mea culpa. Was contacted via WhatsApp with check-in instructions. Worked for me but perhaps not everyone. The room, under the roof, was a bit hot. ”

“Tamar is a lovely and kind host. We had a great stay, the room and dining room are both beautifully built and furnished, everything we needed, nice breakfast too. “What a fantastic B&B, free parking right behind if you are lucky. The accommodation was lovely, the rooms are brilliant, our room (right at the top) was boutique style with a nice big bath in the room, great views out of the windows. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate making facilities in the room and a private toilet. Nice comfortable big bed with a big heavy duvet and plenty of pillows. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Amazing continental breakfast box, plenty of cereals, toast and...
